Batch #1 is in bottles (ahem, batch #1 that actually worked…no reason to bottle sour beer), and should be ready by Thursday the 12th. 6 growlers and 24 bombers of a classic English ale that I’m calling, oddly enough, “Pete’s Classic Ale” … weird, I know. I’m out there.
